Quality policy

The Management considers fundamental and strategic that STAC s.r.l. maintains, updates and improves its quality system to continue to guarantee:

• the quality of the product / service provided in terms of compliance with the explicit and implicit requests of its customers
• the monitoring and control of processes with aim of constant improvement

This strategic choice aims to bring STAC Srl to become a point of reference, nationally and internationally, in the market sectors in which operates.

For this it undertakes:

• To promptly detect and satisfy the explicit and implicit requirements of customers
• Enhance its human capital by supporting an innovative and qualitative culture and promoting professional growth on fair opportunities;
• Enhance its skills by supporting transparent and collaborative relationships with Customers and Suppliers;
• To meet the requirements of the quality management system, in accordance with the provisions of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and to continuously improve its effectiveness and efficiency;
• To define and periodically review the quality objectives;
• To communicate and share this policy within the company
• To review this policy to ascertain its continued suitability.
